郭信廷，男，汉族，1958年1月生，山东省新泰市人。现为中国书画家联谊会会员、中国书画艺术促进会理事、、中华文化艺术推广联合会会员、联合国和平书画院终身院士、著名书法家。
艺术历程：
自幼受家庭熏陶跟父亲学习书法。2015年受邀参加新加坡、马来西亚、泰国书画展；同年8月“强军梦·护航中国梦庆祝八一建军节双拥书画艺术展”；9月第十八届北京艺术博览会；11月“东方墨韵-2015第二届中国书画名家赴迪拜艺术展”（唐·刘禹锡秋词）书法作品被迪拜艺术中心收藏，荣获两国艺术交流特殊贡献奖；2016年作品指定赴台湾参加两岸墨韵禅心邀请展；2016年12月入选参加联合国可持续发展目标一周年书画展（北京）被联合国授予和平公益书画大使称号；2016年12月书法作品入编世界文化艺术出版社出版的世界当代书画艺术名家博览；2017年3月书法作品被文化部华夏文化遗产保护中心、中国文化遗产保护研究院、书画艺术发展促进会、中艺华盛（北京）国际文化传媒公司，推出的国粹珍藏版巨著（诗书画印）并与李肇星、范增、韩天衡各代表一门艺术门类以其书法入编其中，被授予中国文化传承大使称号；2017年5月有中华文化艺术推广联合会特别推荐入编中华文化出版集团出版的《中华文化艺术行业名录》；工具辞书2017年10月被世界文化艺术出版社入编世界当代杰出大型（中英文艺术工具辞书）（世界当代艺术名家大典）并被收藏于世界各国著名博物馆，美术馆寄艺术机构。
